Salute to John Schlesinger: An Englishman in Hollywood
In March 1988, the Santa Barbara International Film Festival payed tribute to filmmaker John Schlesinger (1926-2003). with a screening of his first American film, MIDNIGHT COWBOY (1969). During the screening, Schlesinger talked to Eckhart Schmidt about working as a British director in Hollywood.
